Governor of West Bengal

Bhairab Dutt Pande (12 September 1981 – 10 October 1983): Bhairav Dutt Pande was an active member of the Indian Civil Service and Union Cabinet Secretary of the Government of India. He served as the Governor of West Bengal during 12 September 1981 – 10 October 1983

Anant Prasad Sharma (10 October 1983 – 16 August 1984): Anant Prasad Sharma or A. P. Sharma worked as an Indian Railway Union leader, a topnotch political leader who became Minister of State for Industry, and Union Minister of the government of India. D. Y. Patil (acting charge) (3 July 2014 – 17 July 2014): Dnyandeo Yashwantrao Patil is an educator and was an eminent politician of the Indian National Congress of Maharashtra state. He was selected as the Governor of West Bengal and continued his duty from 3 July 2014 – 17 July 2014.
