Women are not behind men in any field. Muslim women are a part of politics in India today. The two major Indian political parties that are the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Congress Party also consist of Muslim women leaders who have dynamic personalities as required in the field of politics.

She has become a prominent Muslim face of the BJP. She is among the popular female Muslim leaders in India. She is a postgraduate in English Literature and has worked as a journalist for 17 years. Asifa Khan was the first Muslim woman to be appointed to the Gujarat BJP’s executive committee, that was in September, 2013. Also, she is a part of the national executive of the BJP Minority Morcha.
She joined BJP on the 16th of January 2015. She is also among the women political leaders in BJP and one of the women with a dynamism. She has been a journalist and an anchor. She has done courses in Journalism as well as Broadcasting from the Jamia Millia Islamia and the University of Wales, Cardiff; and had a Diploma from the New York Film Academy. She has been part of a few films that have been part of popular film festivals in various areas like Kerala as well as one of her films has been broadcast on the Discovery channel on the television.
She is again a BJP leader. She has done her post-graduation from the Osmania University of Hyderabad in the field of Political Science. She has been chosen by the BJP as its candidate from the constituency of Chandrayangutt for state assembly elections.

She, popularly known as Shaina NC, is a national spokesperson for the BJP. She is also a member of the national executive council of BJP. She entered politics in the year 2004 and joined the Bharatiya Janata Party. She holds a Guinness Book of World Records for taking the least amount of time in draping a saree. She has done Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the St. Xavier’s College of Mumbai. She also has a degree in Fashion Designing which she did from the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York.

Hence as per this research it can be said that the BJP has been above the Congress in giving opportunities to the Muslim women.
